Victorian houses are still fashionable, more than hundred years after. I needed a simple house for a new family, and they don't have much money, so that's why it's unfurnished and without landscaping. It is also CC free!

Lot - Modum - small starter home

If you play legacy without hacks and mods you will be in need for small starter homes with very little money. This little house was built for this purpose, and is CC and Store items free.
