There will be no new updates on this blog

Hello friends!
It's been a long time since I last posted something. For numerous reasons, but the most decisive being that The Sims 3 has left my computer forever. Hence there will be no new custom content from me, or anything else Sims 3 related. However, The files and posts on the blog will remain as long as Blogger, Box and Photobucket are providing their services. If there are problems with any posts or files, please let me know.

Otherwise I am still not well. I enjoy playing a little Sims 4 on good days. I still build houses and make up stories, but there are no plans for a Sims 4 blog as of today. I wish there was...

UPDATE!
And as of May 2019 there is! KyriaT's Sims 4 World

Love & kisses to everybody! <3 Dag dag!

It's been a year since my last update. Unfortunately I will not be able to post any updates in the near future either, and I thought I'ld just tell you plain and simple why.

Sim - Fiona Grey's children

Some time ago I joined a Round Robin Legacy at Simssupernova, where Fiona Grey was voted to be the legacy founder. I had the honor of writing the story of the first generation, and Fiona turned out to be a interesting lady. She had four children (of which Nora was voted to become the legacy heir) and I thought it would be fun to make them available for download. You can read about Fiona and follow the legacy here. Or you can just download her children and make your own stories of course!

Story - Miss Grey is keeping me busy

Hello everybody! I just wanted to let you know why it has been rather silent on the blog lately, in case you wondered. I'm not sick or anything, I'm just busy in RL and I've taken on a challenge at SimsSupernova, so there is simply no time left for building at the moment! On the other hand I really enjoyed this challenge, and Fiona Grey has turned out to be a really interesting lady!

You can read the story at SimsSupernova or here at my blog.

As for building, I probably wont be able to upload anything until July/August, since I will spend my summer holiday at a place where I don't have access to my Sim computer. But when I return I will hopefully be full of of inspiration, energy and new ideas!

Have a wonderful summer everybody!

Lot - M47 Vidar the Houseboat

"The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea." – Karen Blixen
The ocean is a tough master, but to live on a boat has it advantages. First of all you are always close to the sea, and what could be better than that?

Lot - The Gospel Hall

In the old days people gathered at the Gospel Hall, not just to hear the gospel, but to have coffee and chat and have fun and eat and gossip and flirt and make friends. It was one of the few places were a honorable woman could meet an honorable man, and still keep her honor. I've made this one a diner, so no sim will leave hungry, neither in a physical nor spiritual sense.

Lot - Maggies Guest House (apartment)

In the 19th century a single woman or man usually stayed with their family until they got married. If they should want to move, it would probably be to a guest house like this, a small house with long term tenants. In the 21st century it is common for young people to share a house or a flat, much in the same manner.

Lot - Maggot Road 13 apartments

A common way of living in Scandinavian cities is to live in one of these 19th century apartment buildings. It is a relatively inexpensive and social way of city living, enjoyable and practical. Some buildings are beautifully decorated, and some more simple, but still colorful and charming, like this one.

Lot - The Country Clinic

In small villages it would be more appropriate with a small clinic rather than a big hospital, don't you agree? This modest lot is exactly that (provided you have the CC). It also has it's own "pharmacy" (Elixir shop), it's all very practical for your sims. And for you of course.
