Lot - Maggies Guest House (apartment)

In the 19th century a single woman or man usually stayed with their family until they got married. If they should want to move, it would probably be to a guest house like this, a small house with long term tenants. In the 21st century it is common for young people to share a house or a flat, much in the same manner.

Your sim will have his or her own room, and will share the house with two other tenants (NPCs). The house has a practical and cozy kitchen, a living room with fireplace, not to mention a pleasant garden. You can't make changes in the common areas (unless you use a cheat), but the garden is for everybody, and you are free to grow your own plants. For a young person without much money it's an excellent starter and a great way to learn to stand on your own two feet!

Note: This is a Late Night apartment lot and will only work on a regular/normal residential lot. NOT on a lot defined as an apartment lot. It might not seem logical, but with the EP Late Night you can buy an apartment for your sim (like in this case), but with University Life it became possible to rent the apartment.

General information
There are some key elements on this lot that are not from the basic game. Items from The Store, Expansion packs (EP) and Stuff packs (SP) that you don't have will be replaced with items from the base game. If you want the house to show up in your game exactly as in the pictures, you will need the listed store items and the expansions/stuff packages and the listed items from the Store. I had the following EP's and SP's in my game when this lot was made: World Adventure, Ambition, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, High-End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Life, Master suite, Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, Diesel, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff.

EPs/SPs:  Late night is essential to this lot, otherwise the apartment will not function as far as I know. I've also used several items from Supernatural, World Adventure and Pets, and single items from Ambition, Generations, University Life, Showtime and Seasons. These items are not essential, in the sense that the lot would still function if automatically replaced, but the lot might not look exactly as in the pictures. If you need to edit the common areas, use the buydebug or RBBB cheat before you move your sim in.

World used: Aurora Skies, but you can place it in any world you like of course.
