Ooops! You will not be able to use the chair at the end of the kitchen table, close to the windows - it is purely decorative. If you find it annoying that your simmies are yelling about this from time to time, just delete it. You will still have five usable chairs. There is no laundry basket. I simply couldn't find any room for it.
