The Old Button Factory

Don't you feel sad when you see a beautiful building totally neglected and run down? Don't you wish you could have an unlimited budget and get it back to it's glory days? In real life that would probably be a bit difficult, but in the Sims World everything is possible! Go ahead and fix up the old button factory in your personal style and make it shine in your neighborhood! (And I would love to see what you have done with it!)

It is impossible to live in this place. There is no shower, no kitchen and no bed. In fact, there is not even a proper flooring in the ground floor. Nevertheless, it has great potential. If you get the rubbish cleaned out, and is willing to work with it I'm sure this could turn into your dream home!
The inspiration to this lot came from a challenge at the LivingSims forum, so a special thanks to the great people there!
